isoイメージがUSBメモリ用のddイメージにもなってるという。つまり、iso を dd でUSBメモリへ直接書き込めばブート可能なUSBメモリの出来上がりと。あぁパンクラス（何）
Starting in version 3.72, ISOLINUX supports a "hybrid mode" which can be booted from either CD-ROM or from a device which BIOS considers a hard disk or ZIP disk, e.g. a USB key or similar. To enable this mode, the .iso image should be postprocessed with the "isohybrid" script from the utils directory:
pmagic-5.5.iso を DD for Windows（※ 事前にこれでバックアップも取っておくべし）で 2GB microSD へ書き込んでみました。
- 131MBの基本パーティション1つ、残りは未割り当て
- USBメモリブート可能
- Windows 上では「未フォーマット」、エクスプローラーで開けない
- Parted, GParted で見るとすべて未割り当て
- Mount-gtk でマウントしたらファイルシステムは iso9660
- fdisk では Id が 17 (Hidden HPFS/NTFS)
